The Minnesota Board of Pharmacy exists to promote, protect, and defend the public health, security, and welfare by fostering the protected distribution of pharmaceuticals and the supply of quality pharmaceutical care to the residents of Minnesota. 2015 marked a brand new era in pharmacy observe with the change in Washington state legislation. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Carroll School, and his Doctor of Pharmacy and Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Washington. He moved to the College of Tennessee Health Science Middle in Memphis, TN in 1992, because the Van Vleet Endowed Professor of The Division of Pharmaceutical Sciences in the College of Pharmacy.

He is the present President of the Centralia Windfall Hospital Basis Board and a member of the Twin Metropolis Rotary Board of Directors, the Southwest Washington Dance Heart Board of Directors, and the Lewis County Community Concert Association Board of Administrators.
